Our Mission:

Bronx Community Health Network, Inc. (BCHN) was founded in 1996 to secure resources that support and assure access to comprehensive, quality health care services for residents of medically disadvantaged and underserved New York City communities, regardless of social, cultural, religious, financial or other status.

BCHN is committed to the continued development, expansion and delivery of preventative, primary, diagnostic, pharmacy and specialty medical, mental and oral health services to improve the health status of community residents who suffer from disproportionate rates of preventable communicable and chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obesity and HIV/AIDS.

Our health care services are provided in easily accessible, Bronx-based community and school based health center in an environment that is sensitive to and respectful of the diversity and cultural and ethnic differences of the people in the communities we serve.  Health care is delivered in accordance with recognized medical care standards and the highest ethical principles.

Recent Ventures:

Members of the BCHN community have gathered to attend CHCANYS's annual health advocacy day in Albany.
