Bronx Community Health Network, Inc. (BCHN) is a not-for-profit organization and Federally Funded Health Center that sponsors 17 community and school-based health centers in the Bronx.
At BCHN health centers, we offer high-quality medical care and related health services for free or at low cost for the entire family, at all stages of life.
To help address the increasing need for services, BCHN is also adding five new community health workers for the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program, bringing the total number to 14.
The seven guides, prepared by New Yorkers for Parks, include information on the following Bronx parks and open spaces: Poe Park, St. James Park, Devoe Park, Aqueduct Walk, Soundview Park, Seton Falls Park and Shoelace Park.
