About BCHN

Bronx Community Health Network, Inc. (BCHN) is a not-for-profit organization and Federally Funded Health Center that sponsors 17 community and school-based health centers in the Bronx.

At BCHN health centers, we offer high-quality medical care and related health services for free or at low cost for the entire family, at all stages of life.

New EngageNYC Campaign Focuses on HIV Prevention

Engage NYC--a joint effort by the Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN) and the Montefiore Medical Group to provide access to high quality health care for the Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) communities in the Bronx and throughout the city--has launched a new advertising campaign focused on promoting a new way of preventing the spread of HIV in the Bronx.

BCHN Recognizes Health Champions from Community

In celebration of National Health Center Week, Bronx Community Health Network, Inc. (BCHN) held its 10th Annual Community Health Champions Recognition Dinner to honor BCHN's health educators, nutritionists, patient navigators, and patients from each of the 17 affiliated health centers.
