BCHN's Community Health Center Members
BCHN's member community health centers serve as medical homes to children and families, with or without health insurance, from many Bronx and New York City neighborhoods. All have access to affordable, quality health care and related services regardless of race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion or financial status.
If you do not have a regular doctor or health insurance and you would like assistance you can contact us at 718-904-2516 or Kgarcia@bchnhealth.org. You may also contact the Community Health Center nearest you (see below). All are welcome.
