Valuing Community Partnership for a Healthier Bronx

BCHN recently partnered with The Barber Kingdom, a local business near our new health care center, to connect with community members and share vital health information. Nearly 30 people stopped by our outreach table, and 24 residents signed up to learn more about BCHN’s programs and services.

Our team shared educational materials on nutrition, exercise, hypertension, stress, diabetes, and Mental Health First Aid training, and completed 7 BCHN referrals—helping neighbors access the care and support they need.

We’re grateful to The Barber Kingdom for their partnership and for helping us strengthen community connections that support a healthier Bronx.
