With nearly 20 years of demonstrated leadership, she excels in strategic decision-making and operational execution, effectively guiding organizations to achieve their vision.
Her expertise spans diverse health initiatives, including primary care, smoking cessation, child health, HIV/AIDS prevention, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, nutrition, physical activity, and diabetes. As Chief Population Health Officer at the Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN), Ms. Chodon spearheads the Community Health and Wellness Program, advancing BCHN’s transition to a population health-focused model.
