Tips for Living Well With Arthritis

Living with arthritis can present daily challenges, but the right support and healthy habits can make a meaningful difference.

Staying physically active is one of the most effective ways to reduce joint stiffness and improve flexibility. Low-impact activities like walking, stretching, swimming, and yoga can help support mobility without putting excess strain on the joints.

Nutrition also plays an important role. Eating foods rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and omega-3 fatty acids may help reduce inflammation.

Equally important is listening to your body. Rest when needed, manage stress, and speak with a healthcare provider about treatment options that fit your needs.

During Arthritis Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to support awareness, education, and access to care for individuals living with arthritis.
